05 more students could be admitted in each section/class provided such candidates are the wards of Central Govt. employees belonging to Category I. In addition to the children of parents transferred during the year, the children of parents belonging to Cat. I transferred during previous years will also be considered eligible for admission if seats are available after accommodating the children of Category-I parents transferred during the particular academic session.

Priorities for Admission
  1. Children of transferable Central Government employees including Ex-Servicemen.

  2. Children of non-transferable central government employees including Ex-Servicemen.

  3. Children of transferable and non-transferable employees of Autonomous Bodies public sector undertaking Institutes of higher learning of Government of India.

  4. Children of transferable state government employees.

  5. Children of non-transferable state government employees.

  6. Children of transferable and non-transferable employees of Autonomous Bodies Public Sector Undertaking Institutes of higher learning of the State Government.

  7. Children from any other category.

Reservation
16% for SC, 7.5% for ST in all fresh admissions and 3% horizontal reservation for Physically Handicapped. In the event of these quotas remaining unfilled the seats will be dereserved.
Documents to be enclosed during registration

(Attested Xerox copies only)

  1. For Class-I - Birth certificate issued by Municipal Corporation/extract about the date of birth from records of villages Panchayat, Military Hospital or service records of Defence Personnel in the prescribed format.

  2. Thre result card and Transfer Certificate from the school last attended countersigned by the DEO for classes II to IX. [If the Transfer Certificate has not been taken a bonafide certificate issued by the school showing the class and date of birth should be attached.]

  3. Caste certificate in the name of the student from the competent authority.(The parents caste certificate may be submitted initially) in case of SC/ST.

  4. Disability certificate from Civil surgeon in case of Physically Handicapped.

  5. Proof of residence of father/mother if the applicant is not employed.

  6. Proof of retirement in case of Ex-Servicemen.

NOTE:

  • The application is to be signed/submitted by either parent and not by any local guardian.

  • Mere registration does not confer any entitlement to admission

  • Incomplete/wrong information submitted will lead to cancellation of admission.
