1. Two primary teachers Ms. Nirmal and Mr. Vinod were successfully completed their training in Basic Flock Leader and Cub Master in the month of May. Later both of them left the Vidyalaya on transfer.
2. 12 Guides attended the Tritiya Sopan Camp held at K V Mysore in the Month of April. 4 Scouts attended Pre - rajyapuraskara testing camp held at KV II Sc, Bangalore in the month of September. During the same month a Regional level Tritiya Sopan Testing Camp was conducted in our Vidyalaya effectively under the guidance of Mrs. Sharadamani, Vice Principal.
3. Our Scouts and Guides participated in the Parade at NMPT stadium during Independence Day and republic Day Celebrations. Mr. K C Naik an officer from CISF assisted in training them for March Past.
4. Our Scouts and Guides joined their hands together in the campaign of Cleanliness of beach area conducted by Coast Guard.
5. On 2nd October, in connection with Gandhi Jayathi celebration we arranged “All Faith Prayer” to spread the faith of peace and harmony. Followed by Investiture Ceremony for the new recruits joined this movement. Scarf, Vogle, Belt and Caps were given. Our beloved Principal Mr. Narendran has kind enough to recruit the scouts and madam Sharadamani recruit the Guides.
6. Mr. P P K Jain Hub Scout master of this Vidyalaya had been to K V Kudremukh as a camp leader for Pratham and Dwitiya Scouts on 21st and 22nd of this month.
On February 27, 2009 Vidyalaya celebrated the “Thinking Day” and remembered the virtues of the founder of scout movement Lord Baden Powel.

1. KVS State Bangalore Division - Dist - III Tritiya Sopan Testing Camp for scouts 2008 was held in our vidyalaya from 18th April to 20th April 2008.
2.During the month of July, the following four scouts attended Pre- Rajya Puraskar Testing Camp at Bangalore.

3. During the month of August Pravesh Test was conducted in the Vidyalaya to enroll the students in Scout & Guide Movement.
4. As per APRO Scout & Guide Meet, classes are being conducted during the first period of every Saturday for training the students in various activities.
5. Investiture ceremony will be held soon.
